work related rant.
This guy, who is a social reject with an extremely short dick (trust me, I know these things), who’s NOT a patient here, just made a big deal out of getting a phone call, which was the wrong number.
Me: Oh I apologize on their behalf sir, but you can just disregard the message. Okay?
Him: That’s all? Isn’t there something you need to do?
Me: Are you a patient here?
Him: No.
Me: Okay then. I’m sure whoever called miss-dialed and got in contact with the patient already. Okay?
Him: So you’re not going to do anything about this? Or find out who miss-dialed me?
Me: Um, NO, normally when you get a wrong call or message you usually disregard it so you can just disregard the message sir, okayyyyyy???
Him: That’s not good enough. Let me speak to your supervisor.
….WAIT, WHAT? WHY DOES HE CARE SO MUCH? IT WAS A WRONG NUMBER!
And no, I did NOT let him speak to my supervisor. I put that ass on hold and he eventually hung up.
Moral of the story: Get a fucking life.
